Cretan Malia Park – Hotel Launch targeting the US Market

Longtime client and renowned leader in Greece’s tourism sector, Phaea Resorts, owners and operators of Crete’s most iconic resorts including Blue Palace in Elounda, faced a task: to renovate an existing property in their portfolio into a luxurious, sustainable resort that would appeal to travelers outside their traditional markets. They engaged Vana Pernari to do the refit and architectural design and the result was a style-forward retreat that reflected Crete’s iconic hospitality highlighting the island’s cherished culinary and cultural heritage. The property also became a member of Design Hotels.


AMPR was engaged to launch the property into the US market resulting in immediate and ongoing media coverage which expanded the market reach to the American traveler in 2021 post-Covid travel restrictions.
