OUR SUCCESS STORIES

Elite Island Resorts - Crisis Management

Elite Island Resorts made a bold move announcing a vaccine mandate for all their hotels with an altruistic aim to support the safety of their guests, staff and small Caribbean and Panama communities in which they operate. AMPR was challenged with diplomatically communicating this message while positioning the company as an industry leader with the foresight to be one of the first hospitality companies to instate such a policy.

25Hours – New Hotel Launch for the US Market

25Hours launched its first Paris hotel targeting the US market which was also the company’s first location outside a German speaking market. AMPR was challenged with introducing this relatively unknown brand to the US market and promoting a hotel located in an emerging neighborhood of this famed European hub. By playing on the brand’s unique characteristics and communicating the property’s authentic cultural and artistic ties to the local community, AMPR was able to make the new hotel—and the brand—stand out amongst this city’s already saturated hotel landscape.

Finca Victoria, Vieques - Hotel Launch

Long time agency colleague, designer and hotelier Sylvia Demarco, tapped AMPR to launch her new wellness hotel project on Vieques. AMPR was challenged to not only communicate the launch of the new property but reposition Vieques as a destination post Hurricane Maria. We were able to leverage our contacts in spa, beauty, wellness and travel to cast a wide net on the news garnering A-list media coverage.

Cretan Malia Park – Hotel Launch

A re-imagined modernist retreat far from the identikit resorts that line the Greek island of Crete’s famed coastline, Cretan Malia Park commissioned AMPR to launch the property after a full refit and refurbishment in order to position it in the US market.

Parilio Hotel, Paros – Hotel Launch

Owned by Kavana Hotels, Parilio Hotel Paros is the first-ever five-star property on the Cycladic island of Paros. The hotel opened in July 2019, and AMPR has been engaged since launch to manage US media relations along with key international markets.

Sonesta Resorts Sint Maarten, 360 Client Services

Sonesta Resorts Sint Maarten has been a client for over 20 years utilizing all AMPR services from digital marketing, social media, graphic design to public relations and corporate communications. We’ve worked alongside the owners, operators and sales and marketing as a true extension of their in-house team. We’re proud to have garnered them numerous awards, accolades and countless top tier coverage over years and continue our commitment to the growth of the company as a leading hospitality brand in Caribbean.

White Key Villas US + UK Media Relations

AMPR was tapped as the first public relations agency for this Greek luxury villa and hospitality company introducing the brand in the US and UK markets. Through strategically drafted pitches tying in Greek travel and destination trends and targeted group and individual press visits, AMPR has placed numerous feature stories in leading publications in the US and across the pond.

S HOTEL JAMAICA - NEW RESORT LAUNCH

While the resort town of Montego Bay had its heyday in the 1960s, the past 20 years saw it overrun with massive, all-inclusive hotels, and while jobs were of course increased in the region, it provided little benefit to local businesses and the aesthetic of the region was suffering. Local entrepreneur Chris Issa decided to do something about it, and AMPR followed with a concise strategy.
